Post-Quantum Raising the profile of Britain’s quantum security pioneers

About the project

Challenge

Post-Quantum needed to gain exposure for its R&D in cryptography and its new product – a quantum-secure VPN – and to establish a sense of urgency around the threat of Y2Q.

Approach

Fire on the Hill worked on a dedicated media relations strategy that has established Post-Quantum as a pioneer, helping to position its work to keep the world’s information safe from quantum-computing attacks. A core part of this strategy was proactively engaging with media to build long-term relationships with target media.

Fire on the Hill also worked on the launch announcing Post-Quantum’s trial with its Hybrid PQ VPN with NATO. The objectives of the NATO campaign were to increase PQ’s brand visibility and awareness, and to create credibility in the market using an integrated mix of communications.

Outcome

100+ pieces of coverage across key media, including national media such as Financial Times, The Times, The Daily Telegraph as well as key technology publications such as The Verge, Infosecurity Magazine, and Jane’s.
