About the project


Nordic SaaS start-up Dixa was a new player in the customer service market, which is an incredibly established industry with major competition. The company was seeking to grow their brand presence across the in Europe and wanted to profile their unique approach to customer experience, which stemmed from their Danish values.


Leveraging a mixture of company announcements, including their acquisitions and Series C funding round, in tandem with a proactive thought leadership media campaign, we sought to position Dixa as a major disrupter and a leading voice in the customer service industry.


Using an external drumbeat of announcements combined with insight from interviews conducted with Dixa’s senior leadership team, we secured over 100 pieces of coverage across national and business media including The Times Raconteur, TechCrunch, VentureBeat, Forbes, Business Insider, as well as key industry trade titles.
